1. Who we are

Corbi is a purchasing platform for the construction industry operated by [COMPANY NAME], registered under CNPJ [CNPJ], headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil (“Corbi”, “we”).

2. The service

Corbi receives your materials list — as text, audio, photo or spreadsheet —, quotes with independent suppliers, compares price and lead time, and tracks the order until delivery at the job site.

Corbi is not a store or a distributor: we act as an intermediary. The supplier sells and invoices the materials and is responsible for the sale, the invoice and product warranties.

Quoting is free. Corbi is compensated only when a purchase is completed through the platform.

3. Account and registration

To buy, you must create an account with true, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for protecting your password and for all activity on your account.

The service is intended for professional use (job sites, builders, renovations) by people over 18.

4. Quotes, prices and lead times

The proposals shown in the comparison come from suppliers. Prices, delivery times and payment terms are set by them and are valid as indicated in each proposal.

We work to keep the comparison accurate and current, but we do not guarantee stock availability or price validity beyond each proposal's terms.

5. Responsibilities

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corbi is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from supplier actions or platform unavailability.

Nothing in these terms waives rights that Brazilian law does not allow to be waived.

6. Intellectual property

The Corbi brand, website, software and all platform content belong to Corbi. Copying, reproducing or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, available at corbi.com.br/en/privacidade/.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page, with the update date at the top. Relevant changes will be communicated to platform users.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil, are elected to resolve any dispute.
